PRYTEK GROUP
Three Segments. One Ecosystem.
Prytek Group is a diversified financial services holding company providing critical infrastructure, data, and client-lifecycle management capabilities to the global financial sector. The Group’s operations are organised into three segments — Capital Markets Data, Market Infrastructure, and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) — each led by an established operating company with its own brand, client base, and operating history, and each integrated within the Group’s wider ecosystem.
Client Lifecycle Management
Led by Scanovate & Delta Capita
Every bank, broker, and financial technology firm is required to answer a common regulatory question before conducting business with a new client: verifying the client’s identity. An incorrect determination constitutes a compliance failure; an unduly slow determination risks losing the client to a faster-onboarding competitor. Scanovate was established to address both requirements concurrently, providing an enterprise identity and compliance platform capable of verifying client identity within seconds rather than days, without compromising the anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and biometric checks mandated by regulators.
In 2026, Prytek combined Scanovate’s compliance and digital-identity capabilities with Karbon, the client-lifecycle-management platform Delta Capita had acquired from LSEG in 2024, to form a single CLM segment covering the complete client-onboarding journey, from initial document submission through to ongoing anti-money-laundering monitoring. This segment is structured around a clear commercial principle: the more efficient and automated the onboarding process, the greater the number of clients a bank can onboard without a corresponding increase in headcount or risk exposure.
This segment provides coverage of the full client lifecycle, encompassing identity verification, screening against sanctions and politically exposed persons lists, digitisation of the onboarding workflow, and, through Karbon, the case-management infrastructure banks rely on to maintain compliant and auditable onboarding processes at scale.

Capital Market Infrastructure
Led by Delta Capita
Every trade executed by a bank generates a substantial volume of downstream operational work: trade confirmation, regulatory reporting across relevant jurisdictions, settlement, and the maintenance of audit-ready records over an extended period. This work is essential to a bank’s operations, yet is largely undifferentiated across institutions, making it well suited to centralised delivery rather than duplication within each institution. Delta Capita exists to perform this function at scale, as software, as a Software as a service, or as a combination of both, enabling banks to allocate resources toward strategic priorities rather than operational infrastructure.
Delta Capita provides end-to-end coverage of the post-trade lifecycle, encompassing the matching and confirmation of OTC derivatives trades, regulatory reporting across global regimes, back-office operations for structured retail products, and infrastructure supporting the issuance and settlement of securities on blockchain. These services are delivered through proprietary technology platforms, supported by specialist operations teams.

Capital Markets Data
Led by TipRanks
TipRanks measures and records the historical performance of analysts, hedge funds, corporate insiders, and financial commentators, converting that track record into an actionable rating for investors. Originally developed as a research tool for retail investors, the platform has since evolved into core data infrastructure licensed by banks, brokers, and trading platforms to support their own investment products.
TipRanks aggregates and scores the principal signals influencing market movements, analyst recommendations, insider transactions, hedge fund positioning, aggregated sentiment, corporate filings, and news flow, and structures this intelligence for two distinct client segments: retail investors seeking a clear investment signal, and financial institutions seeking to embed that signal within their own client-facing applications.
