With more than 20 years in financial services in senior and executive roles, Joe has a track record delivering large, complex front-to-back business and technology transformation for leading sell-side institutions in capital markets and transaction banking. Before founding Delta Capita, he worked at Lloyds Bank, ING Barings, and ING Global Markets, and founded a fintech start-up. Joe also serves on Prytek’s Group leadership team.
