Matt Massucci founded Hirewell with the intention of disrupting the recruiting and staffing industry. His firm acts as a trusted partner of Fortune 500 and high-growth companies across all facets of their organization. The firm is composed of highly specialized recruiters in the highest-demand fields. Matt oversees the strategy and growth initiatives at Hirewell. Prior to founding Hirewell, Matt started his career at Deloitte Consulting. Matt graduated with honors in Accounting, from the University of Illinois (Urbana/Champaign). He currently lives in Chicago with his wife Kristen, two teenage children, and two dogs.
Ben Graham
Co-Founder & Managing Partner, TritonExec
As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Ben is proud to have been a core participant in TritonExec’s evolution from three partners into a truly global organisation. He leads the European delivery for TritonExec’s largest client, and dedicates himself to spur the growth of our European network across a variety of functions, specifically within Sales, Consulting and Analytics practices.
Since the inception of the company, Ben has successfully placed hundreds of executives in the professional services, technology/IT and outsourcing industries. His dedication and experience have enabled him to build close partnerships with clients and earn their trust by delivering effective solutions to their problems in accordance with TritonExec’s values of Passion, Innovation, Growth, Partnership and Agility.
Ben is an avid Tottenham Hotspur supporter, a black belt in karate and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Jonathan Morris

Jonathan leads TritonExec’s continued growth and expansion. He drives the company’s vision and M&A strategy, Sales, and Talent initiatives to achieve the business’ goals. Not afraid to rip up the play book and challenge the status quo, Jonathan has a passion for disruption and innovating the firm’s service offering to align to customer needs.
Jonathan’s search experience has been focused at C-level and VP level, building out leadership teams across corporate functions and sales teams in Technology Services & Fintech.
Jonathan is an active investor in disruptive technologies designed to help improve the world in agriculture, construction, healthcare, and pharma. He loves to travel and experience new cultures and uses food as a means to connect with people. When he isn’t travelling, he plays the role of Sous chef to his wife Erika and dog walker to his husky Theo.

Adam is a Managing Partner at TritonExec based in our London HQ with more than 16 years’ experience in Executive Recruiting and Talent Consulting.
Responsible for TritonExec’ s global Operations including Finance, People and Technology, Adam also leads the relationship with one of our largest global strategic accounts. An expert in the Finance & Accounting domain, he has successfully completed assignments across Europe, Asia and the Americas with extensive experience across all facets of the Technology and Professional Services landscape.
Having played semi-professionally, Football is a major part of Adam’s life and he follows Arsenal FC intently, along with his newest passion the NFL. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, is in the gym every day at 6am and practices mindfulness daily.
