  • The local operations are funded by the startup, led by a local leadership team and aided by PRYTEK business network and methodology
  • Sales remain within JV (after deduction of royalties / costs)
  • Profits are distributed to shareholders

2. JV WITH DISTRIBUTOR / ENTREPRENEUR

  • 50%/50% ownership with PRYTEK
  • The local operations are led by local distribution partners / entrepreneurs, using their own networks and local know-how aided by PRYTEK methodology
  • Profits are distributed to shareholders

3. IP LICENSING / CHANNELS

  • PRYTEK provides distribution rights to system integrators / channels
  • Local operations are established and managed solely by the distributor

4. DIRECT SALES

  • PRYTEK sells directly to end-clients
